Megajuicios. Extraordinariedad y desborde en el ritual judicial por delitos de lesa humanidad / Mega-trials. Extraordinariness and outbursts in the judiciary ritual for crimes against humanity

ResumenEste artículo es una aproximación a los procesos judiciales por delitos de lesa humanidad desde una perspectiva etnográfica, es decir, un abordaje que se traslada de lo instintivo hacia lo contraintuitivo con el fin de responder qué vemos cuando presenciamos una audiencia de una causa por delitos de lesa humanidad. A partir de la distinción de mis primeras impresiones de extraordinariedad y desborde, realizo una aproximación al ritual judicial de los megajuicios desarrollando una descripción que permitirá inteligirlo cabalmente en su marco jurídico de acción. AbstractThis article is an approach to the legal proceedings involving crimes against humanity from an ethnographic perspective, that is to say, an approach that goes from the intuitive to the counterintuitive in order to answer the following question: “what do we see when we see a hearing of a crimes against humanity case?”. By making the distinction between my first impressions of extraordinariness and outbursts, I will deal with the judiciary ritual of the mega-trials, elaborating on a description that allows fully understanding the concept within its legal framework.
