CONCEPCIONES Y DESARROLLO DE LA PSICOLOGÍA EXPERIMENTAL, LA PSICOTECNIA Y LA PSICOMETRÍA: UN ESTUDIO HISTÓRICO (1900-1945);
CONCEPTS AND DEVELOPMENT OF EXPERIMENTAL PSYCHOLOGY, PSYCHOTECHNICS AND PSYCHOMETRICS: A HISTORICAL RESEARCH (1900-1945)

La presente investigación de carácter histórico aborda los desarrollos producidos en relación con la Psicología Experimental, la Psicotecnia y la Psicometría durante el período 1900-1945. Se indaga el desarrollo de la Psicología Experimental a comienzos del siglo XX teniendo en cuenta el papel de los congresos internacionales, los debates surgidos, la creación de los laboratorios y de las sociedades de Psicología. Se presenta un recorrido que se extiende hasta las producciones en América Latina para finalmente adentrarse en el caso particular de Argentina, donde se analiza la influencia de la Filosofía en referentes de la Psicología científica como Loudet y Alberti en la década de 1920. En la década de 1930 se estudia el paso de la Psicotecnia hacia la Psicometría a partir de la labor de Alberti en el Instituto de Psicología. En la década de 1940 se indaga la coexistencia de investigaciones en Psicología Experimental y Psicometría.

This research addresses historical developments produced in relation to the Experimental Psychology, Psychotechnics and Psychometrics during the period 1900-1945. It investigates the development of Experimental Psychology on the early twentieth century taking into account the role of international conferences, the debates that emerged, creating laboratories and societies of Psychology. It shows a path that extends to the productions in Latin America to finally enter the particular case of Argentina, where it analyzes the influence of Philosophy in referents of Psychology like Loudet and Alberti, in the 1920s. In the 1930s, it studies the passage from Psicotecnia to Psychometrics through Alberti's work at the Institute of Psychology. In the 1940s, it investigates the coexistence of research in Experimental Psychology and Psychometrics.
