EL VÍNCULO ENTRE POLÍTICA ECONÓMICA Y TEORÍA ECONÓMICA

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar las relaciones entre la teoría económica y la política económica. Se seleccionaron tres posiciones incompatibles que influencian las discusiones  actuales: la distinción entre ciencia y ciencia aplicada, la imposibilidad teórica de elaborar planificaciones y políticas económicas, y la distinción entre ciencia y tecnología o campo de las políticas.   El análisis se realiza exclusivamente desde el punto de vista epistemológico.   Se comparan entre sí estos tres puntos de vista y se concluye que considerar la política económica una tecnología es la manera de incluir sus componentes típicos (económicos, filosóficos, políticos, jurídicos) y reconocer su status cognoscitivo. THE LINK BETWEEN ECONOMIC POLICY AND ECONOMIC THEORY ABSTRACT The aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between economic theory and economic policy. Three incompatible positions that influence current discussions were selected: the distinction between science and applied science, the theoretical impossibility of developing plans and economic policies, and the distinction between science and technology or policy field.   The analysis is made exclusively from the epistemological point of view.   They are compared with one another these three points of view and it concludes that consider economic policy a technology is the way to include typical components (economic, philosophical, political, legal) and recognize their cognitive status.
