En este editorial se analizan las complejas relaciones que reconfiguran el encuentro del posmodernismo con la Bibliotecología/Ciencia de la Información. Entre varios aspectos, se abordan los efectos e influencias que han sufrido las bibliotecas y los bibliotecarios ante el advenimiento de las articulaciones culturales propias de “lo posmoderno”.
In this editorial the complex relationships that reconfigure the encounter of postmodernism with Librarianship / Information Science are analyzed. Among several aspects, the effects and influences that the libraries and librarians have experienced before the cultural articulations of the "postmodern" are discussed.
